Everyone needs a little help now and then.

     The Flying Eagle caterers are committed to providing tasty, nutritional meals for the many  situations in which you might be feeling completely overwhelmed or simply just too busy.  Whether it's a special meal for a special occasion, or a comforting family dinner for full-time working people, we can help.
 
     Chef John Cosgrove has over thirty years in the food service industry in concepts ranging from fine dining, to ethnic (italian, mexican, french, asian), to health care.  He can provide special meals to meet the dietary requirements for those with diebetes, hypertension, etc.,or a gourmet sit-down dinner for 20; a birthday bar-b-q for 50, or a variety of homemade meals in your freezer for the family; maybe box lunches for the annual fishing trip.  Just give us your ideas -- we'll do our best to make it happen.
Proper Nutrition is Vital for Good Health

 We've all seen similar headlines almost daily in the news and the truth is they're right.  The problem is knowing how to get the right nutrition for your individual situation.  Chef John can provide meals for the diebetic, those fighting high blood pressure, or counting their calories. 
     We will work with your doctor and/or dietician and provide wholesome, tasty solutions for adher-ing to dietary restrictions.
     We can also provide lessons and menu ideas for those intersted in learning to prepare their restricted diets on their own.
 

And Speaking of Lessons...

 We also have cooking lessons available for individuals and small groups (up to 8).  Beginner and intermediate students will help design their own curriculum and learn only what they are interested in learning.

Chef John uses his own formula in combining herbs and spices to create new taste sensations available in your home for the first time.  Choose from:

 

All Purpose Spice: a different spin on seasoned salt, includes ginger, garlic and onion. Great on meats, potatoes and in soups.

 

Mediterranean Spice: Cinnamon, turmeric, cardomom and real lime help this unique blend liven up any dish with a Middle Eastern flair.  Excellent on seafood and vegetables.  Combine it with brown sugar for a delicious pork loin rub!

 

Bar-B-Q Blend:  Smoke flavor, with real jalapeno, onion, garlic and other spices make this a must for your next outdoor grilling experience.  Excellent on all meats and fish.  Try it on grilled vegetables, too.  Mix it with a little brown sugar and rub it on ribs.
