The Flying Eagle Catering concept began in late 2004 with a single client and a mission: To provide the highest quality, best value, in-home meal service available to those who cannot or prefer not to cook for themselves.  At the same time we always keep the clent's wants, needs and quality of life at the forefront of all we do.

    Chef John Cosgrove has been involved in the food service industry for more than 35 years. He has been certified as a Healthcare Dietary Manager, has been certified by the ServSafe food safety program and successfully completed restaurant management training by the Gilbert/Robinson Restaurant Management Training Program. In addition to food preparation, Chef John has studied kitchen design and food service purchasing and marketing.

The Cost of Our Services
 
    Everyone is concerned with value these days and rightly so.  With our hard earned dollars buying less, we all want to know we are getting the best service for cost available.  We at Flying Eagle will do our best to work within your budget and restrictiions.  If you wish to supply your own ingredients, we can quote you a simple hourly rate based on numbers and intricacy of menu.  Or we can design your menu, do the shopping, cooking and clean-up, in which case we will provide a written estimate.
